Quality Control

Because words matter

A proven process

As marketing professionals, we take time to learn about your brand. We may ask questions about your audience, product and communication objective, all in an effort to fully understand the underlying message and intent. With that information in hand, we will source and brief the right linguists. Every translation will get a thorough review (proofreading and editing by a separate linguist), to ensure that the intended message is both accurate and on brand, conveyed in a manner that is as clear, effective and persuasive as the original.

IN-COUNTRY, NATIVE SPEAKER TRANSLATORS AND COPYWRITERS

We work with native translators and copywriters in your target market. This is a crucial aspect and point of differentiation for us to ensure that a translation is accurate, creative and culturally relevant.

STYLE GUIDE AND GLOSSARY OF TERMINOLOGY

If requested, we first produce a style guide or glossary of terminology. After mutual agreement on how to translate commonly used words and phrases, subsequent translations will be consistent.

TRANSLATION MEMORY

For larger and reoccurring assignments for the same client, our linguists work with translation memory to ensure consistency in common phrases and terminology.

ONE POINT OF CONTACT

As a client, you work with only one point of contact throughout the process of translation and successful completion of task.
