Quality control

To ensure quality and efficiency we apply the following process and quality control measures.

Guided by global marketing expertise

As marketing professionals, we take time to learn about your brand. We may ask questions about your audience, product and communication objective. Upon confirmation, we brief the linguist in detail, just like a creative assignment. In a final review we make sure that the intended message is conveyed in a manner that is as clear, effective and persuasive as the original.

In-country, native speaker translators and copywriters:

We work with native translators and copywriters in your target market.   This is a crucial aspect and point of differentiation for us to ensure that a translation is accurate, creative and culturally relevant.

Second review:

Every translation gets reviewed by a second linguist and/or copywriter.

Style guide and glossary of terminology:

If requested, we first produce a style guide or glossary of terminology.  After mutual agreement on how to translate commonly used words and phrases, subsequent translations will be consistent.

Translation memory:

For larger and reoccurring assignments for the same client, our linguists work with translation memory to ensure consistency in common phrases and terminology.

One point of contact:

As a client, you work with only one point of contact throughout the process of translation and successful completion of task.
